Shipping Policy

Sencillo delivers its products worldwide. We ship on all days except Bank Holidays and Sundays. 
Domestic Shipping would take 5-7 business days.
International Shipping would take 15-20 business days.

All shipping charges (inclusive of taxes) will be calculated and displayed in your cart at the time of checkout, depending on the weight of the order.

Sencillo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your delivery is not completed, due to:

- Missed Deliveries
- Incorrect customer information

These orders will be returned to us, and you will be notified of the same.

Sencillo will not be liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur due to unavoidable challenges faced by the shipping agency. If this situation arises, Sencillo will notify the customer immediately and we will try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. In certain cases, Sencillo reserves the right to cancel the order at its own discretion and refund the total amount to the customer’s account.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, and we will notify you of the same. Request your cooperation and patience!
