Sencillo tries their best to get your orders out as soon as possible! Since the products are custom dyed, our estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days for Domestic orders and 10-15 business days for International orders. We do not work on Sundays and Bank Holidays. In case we are experiencing a high volume of orders there may be a slight delay, our customer care team will get in touch with you and inform you of the same.

Yes, we do accept Cash On Delivery. However, it is only for orders less than or equal to 6000/- and only for Domestic Orders . It is available in certain cities/towns and we charge an additional 3% fee for this service. We also accept Credit Cards, Debit Card, Online Bank Transfers and UPI payments through a secure payment gateway.
