Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day easy exchange policy, under the following circumstances:

1. There is an issue with the size.
2. There is a defect in the garment.
3. If we have shipped you the wrong product by mistake.

We apologize if the garment did not fit you well. You may exchange the garment for any other garment of your choice. This exchange can only be made up to 14 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate the exchange, kindly repack the garment/s in their original package along with the invoice and inform us immediately via WhatsApp or email. We will arrange for a pickup. Kindly ensure the garment is in the original condition. We will send you the new garment within 7-10 working days, after receiving the previous order.

Sencillo reserves the right to refuse exchanges of any garment/s at their own discretion if they are not in good condition.

To confirm the defect or the wrong product shipped, Sencillo requires certain details. The customer must WhatsApp or email us images and videos of the garment/s which clearly shows the defect, if any. Sencillo reserves the right to decide if the product is eligible for an exchange or not.

Note: We do not accept an exchange for altered or customized garments. We only accept a maximum of 1 exchange per order.

Returns & Refund Policy

Apologies! Sencillo does not accept any returns or refunds as each order is custom made for you.

Cancellation Policy

Since all our products are custom-made for you, we do not accept any order cancellations.
